Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Learn and navigate our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to update client records.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the product team.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Basic computer proficiency and eagerness to learn new software.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space (if remote hybrid).
