Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email during assigned night shifts.
- Utilize provided paid training modules to learn product systems and solve technical issues.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and resolve complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the day-shift support team in Georgia and Florida.
- Update customer records in our CRM system with accuracy and speed.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and improve customer retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
