- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify trends and improve service delivery.
- Conduct basic market research and provide feedback on customer needs.
- Organize and participate in local Atlanta community events to represent the brand.
Qualifications
