What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor account health and satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to identify product improvement opportunities.
- Train clients on best practices to ensure product adoption and retention.
- Document client feedback and feature requests to drive product roadmap decisions.
- Resolve technical issues and inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Energetic, professional demeanor with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
