Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction levels.
- Learn and master our proprietary software platform through our structured training program.
- Conduct daily check-ins and provide ongoing support to assigned client accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding client engagement and upselling.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training workshops to continuously improve skills.
- Document client interactions and feedback in our CRM system accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associateās or Bachelorās degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional tone.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential for remote/on-site hybrid work.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability.
