Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist new clients with account setup and product onboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer issues and collaborate with the team to implement process improvements.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the BrightStar brand.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on empathy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software tools.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
