- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through initial setup steps.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify common user challenges and suggest improvements.
- Participate in daily training workshops to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Update internal knowledge bases to help future team members.
Qualifications
