- Resolve technical and billing issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document all interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time)
- Participate in continuous improvement workshops
- Maintain product knowledge through quarterly updates
Qualifications
