Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related inquiries
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- No experience required – training provided!
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Problem-solving aptitude and patience
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
