Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain complex features to clients in simple terms.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and meet monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members and share best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
