Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide top-tier service and support.
- Sales & Outreach: Identify customer needs and present solutions effectively to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high retention rates.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Training Implementation: Apply the sales techniques and protocols learned during your comprehensive training program.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM software quickly.
