Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and transactions to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card payments with integrity.
- Maintain the sales floor and stockroom in pristine condition, adhering to company visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and inventory goals.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Assist in organizing and managing inventory and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
