Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate POS: Efficiently process sales transactions and handle returns using the point-of-sale system.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Merchandising: Assist with stocking inventory and setting up promotional displays.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent (experience is valued over formal education).
- Availability: Must be available for flexible part-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
