Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing stockrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Identify and escalate customer concerns to management to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
