Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by listening to their needs and providing effective solutions.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our internal CRM database.
- Communicate product features, services, and policies clearly to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Adhere to company quality assurance standards and call scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35 WPM minimum).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote hybrid).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to complete our paid training program.
