Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Utilize provided training and scripts to provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex matters to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and training materials.
- Participate actively in daily training sessions and role-playing exercises.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; some college experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone voice.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
