Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers both in-person and over the phone with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely under supervision.
- Sort, package, and label shipments for daily delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
