Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with inquiries and product information.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves to maintain store presentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for customers and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with retail software.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
