Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone and email regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while working the weekend shift (Saturday & Sunday).
- Complete company-sponsored training programs to master product knowledge and soft skills.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify areas for process improvement.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and participate in training sessions.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville office.
