Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entry and exit.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle cash handling and register operations with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required (we train!).
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
