- Document cases in Salesforce CRM with precision
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve escalations
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores above 95%
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine skills
- Support product launches during high-volume periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with technology and quick software learning
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional on-site duties)
