- Use CRM software to log interactions and update customer account information.

- Collaborate with the support team to ensure consistent service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to start work immediately (Start Tomorrow).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
