Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Utilize our CRM software to accurately document customer interactions and account details.
- Assist in the processing of orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Ability to work full-time hours, including some evenings and weekends.
