Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Learn and utilize our CRM software to track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while managing high call volumes.
- Document customer feedback and accurately log interactions into the system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
