Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive experience.
- Process customer inquiries, orders, and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Learn and utilize our internal CRM systems and sales software under our training program.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer groups.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and succeed in a sales environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate web-based platforms.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Jacksonville office.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
