Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and ensure high satisfaction.
- Complete and excel in our comprehensive Paid Training program to master product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services to drive sales growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on product features and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and contributing to a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for motivated individuals with a high school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with navigating web browsers.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, polite telephone demeanor.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (for remote or hybrid roles in Florida/Atlanta).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn and advance within the company.
