- Assist in identifying customer needs and providing accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Collaborate with team leads and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Participate in comprehensive paid training programs to master industry best practices and product knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior customer service or technical experience is required—we provide the training!
- Reliable computer with high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
