Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (35+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote or hybrid shifts.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
