Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat with a professional and friendly tone.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications
