Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude upon arrival.
- Answer incoming calls and emails to address inquiries regarding products and services.
- Assist customers in locating items and providing product recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe shopping environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a POS system.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
