Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software systems.
