Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently using our internal CRM tools.
- Input and update customer account information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing and navigating web browsers).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
