- Collaborate with team leads and backend departments to resolve complex escalations.
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while managing high call volumes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear speaking voice.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (35+ WPM).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
