- Resolve product issues and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and promptly.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Assist in training new hires and maintaining a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
