Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Update customer records and ensure all data is current and error-free.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and resolve complex issues.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and quality scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
