- Assist customers in finding products and answering product-related questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Learn and utilize company software and point-of-sale systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable internet connection for remote training (if applicable).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- No prior professional experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
