Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure total satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-organized.
- Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation (if required for shifts).
- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
