- Process orders, returns, and resolve billing discrepancies using our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery across channels
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed customer records
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company products/services
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills
- Adhere to all company policies and data security protocols
Qualifications
