Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm welcome to all customers entering the store and assist them in finding what they need.
- Customer Assistance: Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions with patience and clarity.
- Operate POS Systems: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale technology.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
- Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback to help improve service quality and store operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Basic familiarity with computer systems and technology is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Attitude: A strong desire to learn and grow within a professional retail environment.
