Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a high degree of professionalism.
- Process and verify customer orders and perform accurate data entry tasks.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our internal database.
- Assist in training new hires and maintaining a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (20+ WPM).
- Reliable transportation to the Louisville facility.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- No previous work experience is required; we provide full on-the-job training.
