Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers in navigating our services and resolving their issues efficiently.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Learn and master company products, policies, and procedures through our training program.

Qualifications
