Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Guide new hires through our structured onboarding and training programs.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Assist in the development of training materials and process documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Reliable internet connection (if applicable to remote role).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
