Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately at the register using our POS system.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
