Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entry to the store.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via email or in person promptly.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing to meet company standards.
- Process customer transactions, handle cash, credit, and gift cards with strict accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 4-6 hours) in a retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
