Responsibilities
- Complete the company-paid training curriculum to master product knowledge and client relations.
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email, and chat support.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Resolve complex issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
