Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our service offerings.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college students are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak and write clearly in English.
