Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead scenario planning initiatives to identify emerging opportunities and risks

- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a dedicated futures research team
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Drive organizational culture of innovation and adaptive thinking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurism with 5+ years at executive level
- Proven track record of translating future insights into business outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
