Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve inquiries across billing, technical support, and account management
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads on process improvements
- Adapt to product updates and regulatory changes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Typing speed: 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Clear English communication (bilingual Spanish a plus)
