Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Operate digital banking systems and assist with online/mobile banking
- Participate in fraud prevention protocols and security procedures
- Complete paid training modules and pass certification assessments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
- Strong customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Ability to pass background check and credit check
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior banking experience required (training provided)
- Arizona residency required upon hire
