Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the teller window.
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and financial product information.
- Maintain accurate cash balances and reconcile daily transactions and drawer limits.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Follow all security protocols and compliance regulations (BSA/AML) strictly.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for this Trainee role.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash accurately under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional demeanor and a focus on attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to the branch location.
